2 cups white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk
3 cups oatmeal
½ cup margarine
chocolate chips
¼ cup peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, milk and margarine together for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted. Add oatmeal and stir til thickened. Ice with melted chocolate chips.
