1½ cups oreo crumbs
¼ cup margarine, melted
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg chocolate instant pudding
2 squares semisweet chocolate
1 tub cool whip, thawed and divided
3 skor bars, chopped and divided

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and margarine. Pat in the bottom of an 8" square pan. Beat milk with pudding for 2 minutes. Melt chocolate squares and stir in 1 cup of the pudding. Spread this fudge layer over the crust. Add ½ of the cool whip to the remaining pudding. Stir in all of the chocolate bars except 3 tbsp. Spread over fudge layer. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle remaining chocolate bar pieces over the top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
