Ingredients:
Ingredients:
EVOO – cover bottom of sauce pan
7 or so Large Garlic cloves chopped or minced
Cut up a head of brocolli crowns (bite size pieces)
Rinse and rip into pieces any kind of Swiss Char – green, red, rainbow…
1 package of spinach
3 cups of either bone broth or chicken broth
Tablespoon of chicken base
Salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle of red pepper seeds
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1 can rinsed & drained white cannellini beans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan coat bottom of pan in Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat. Sautee chopped garlic just until light golden (do not let it brown or burn). As soon as garlic is golden, pour in chicken broth and add chicken base to dissolve. Add brocolli, spinach and swiss char (Kale or Bok Choy can be used too, it’s all up to what you like). You can turn up heat to medium high as greens wilt down. Add all seasonings, kosher salt, pepper, red pepper seeds and garlic powder. Let all cook until brocolli is very tender. You can boil on medium once things get rolling along. When brocolli is tender, add cannellini beans and simmer another 3 minutes or so.
Serve with fresh Italian bread (we dip our bread in the delicious juice). This dish is actually better the next day, reheated!
