3 slices bacon, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 c diced potatoes
1 c water
salt and pepper
2 c half and half
2 cans minced clams
1/2 c clam juice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the bacon and onion for 5 minutes in a heavy bottomed pot. Add potatoes and water and 1 tsp each salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Add half and half, minced clams and juice, cook for 5 more minutes.
