Brown 1 pound of lean ground beef and add 1/4 cup water until half cooked

Sprinkle 3 TBS. flour over meat, stir until well mixed

Add 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 TBS chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Simmer above for about 20 minutes. Fill shell 1/2 with meat sauce, add shredded lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese and sour cream

Serve at once
