2 pounds of ground beef
1 pound pork sausage
3 (15oz.) cans chili beans drained
1 (15oz.) can chili beans in spicy sauce
1 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with juice
1 large onion chopped
4 cups beef bouillon
1 to 2 cans of beer
2 TBS. chili powder
1 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS. minced garlic
1 TBS. dried oregano
2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika pepper

Directions:

Brown onion in butter and add ground beef and sausage
Add remaining ingredients
Simmer for at least 3 hours
