Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 1 to 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 Onion diced
• 4 or 5 potatoes (depending on size) peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
• One can Campbell’s tomato soup
• One can Campbell’s vegetable soup.
• ½ to 1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and onion in a fry pan. Drain the fat and put the meat and onion in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add both cans of soup. Top with potato chunks and milk. Bake at 350* for one hour, or until the potatoes are done. Occasionally open the oven to check on the progress, and push the potatoes down into the bubbling soup mixture when you do.
When the potatoes are done, the hot dish is finished. Par boiling the potatoes will speed the process.

Personal Notes:
Another favorite in the Lundahl family was Minnesota Hot Dish. Once again there is no official recipe, you simply put it together and bake it.
