1 C.dry bulgar wheat
3 C. Boiling water
1/2 C. Honey
4 T. Cooking oil
1 T. Salt
2 pkgs dry yeast
1/2 C. Lukewarm water
6 1/2 C. Flour (combination of wheat and white)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bulgar wheat, 3 cups boiling water, honey, oil and salt in a large bowl. Cool it down to lukewarm. Mix dry yeast w/ 1/2 cup lukewarm water w/a pinch of sugar. Add yeast mixture to honey/bulgar mixture. Gradually add flour until it doesn’t stick to fingers, let it rise til double in original size. Split into 3 loaf pans and let rise for 10-20 mins. Bake for 45ish mins @ 350º and top w/ butter. Enjoy!
