12 cups flour 3 tsp salt
1 cup margarine 3 eggs, beaten well
5 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in the 5 cups of water, have water hot enough to melt the margarine (I take 2½ cups boiling water then add 2½ cups cold water). Add the 3 eggs into the water mixture, then stir in 3 tsp salt and 12 cups flour. Knead on table until smooth. Put bowl over or cover the bowl and let stand ½ hour. Roll out and make into perogies.
