5 eggs
1 ¼ cup milk
1 ¼ cup flour

Preheat oven to 425

Whisk until lumps are out. While doing this melt 1/3 c. butter in an ovenproof pan. Safely remove pan from oven using an oven mitt on the handle. Pour batter into pan. Bale 20-25 minutes. The pancake will bake up the edges of pan. Safely remove from oven, remove with spatula to a large plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve. Makes 4 pie shaped servings. For a twist add cooked sliced apple or berries.
