1lb boneless skinless Chicken Breast - lightly pounded and cut in like size
1 large onion sliced and soaked in balsamic vinegar
8 or 9 button mushrooms sliced
1/2 stick of melted butter
8 Oz of Marsala Wine
1/2 red bell pepper or if you want to spend the money buy roasted red pepper

Directions:

Lightly flour chicken pieces, then sauté in a non-stick pan with melted butter
When chicken is almost done add onions and mushrooms and sauté until all three are done
Add Marsala Wine and reduce the liquid until the sauce is thickened then remove from heat

When adding the cooking wine be careful it can flame up until the alcohol is burned off
