1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup raw, shelled pistachios
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup dried berries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine nuts and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl with maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Toss to combine.
Spread nut mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until nuts are fragrant and golden brown. Remove from oven and allow nuts to cool. Toss with dried berries and enjoy.
Store leftover mix in a covered storage container for up to a week.
