German Roll-Up Pancakes Recipe

1-1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
(If you have a large mixer you can double the recipe.)

Directions:
Blend in blender. Heat skillet. Add small amount of butter in pan before pouring batter. Tilt pan until batter covers all. The amount of batter depends on the desired thickness of the pancakes. Don't pour in too much batter or they will be too thick for roll-up pancakes. Flip over to cook on other side.
