Small Batch (3 loaves)
4 c. water
2 T. yeast
1 T. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
whole wheat flour

Large Batch (5-6)
5 1/2-6 c. water
2 1/2 T. yeast
1 1/2 T. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add rest of ingredients and enough flour until it starts to clean dough from sides of mixer. Knead several minutes. Divide dough and form into loaves and place in greased pans. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
