1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed pretzels
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl whisk flour with baking soda and salt; beat into the butter mixture. Add pretzels, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Shape into 2" balls. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 375º until golden, about 12 minutes.
