1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 (20 oz) crushed pineapple drained

FROSTING:
1 c brown sugar
1 c butter
2/3 c cream
1 c pecans
1 c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Mix ingredients together, pour into a greased 9X13 pan, cook for 40 minutes. For the frosting mix sugar, butter, and cream, boil slowly (simmer) 10 minutes. Stir in nuts and coconut and spread on warm cake.
