5 c powdered sugar
1/2 c softened butter
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 oz.) flaked sweetened coconut
2 c chopped almonds
24 oz dark chocolate or semi sweet chips
paraffin wax

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter and condensed milk until smooth. Add coconut and almonds. Chill 3 hours. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Make small balls with a 1 inch scoop. Insert a toothpick in each and freeze for 2 hours. In a bowl set over simmering water (or double boiler) melt chocolate with 1/3 bar of paraffin wax. dip frozen balls into mixture and place back on to the parchment. Remove toothpick and use it to smooth over the small hole. Sprinkle tops with a tiny bit of finely chopped almonds.
