3 c. cubed leftover turkey (or chicken)
1-1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
½ t. salt
1 T minced onion
2 T fresh lemon juice
½ c. mayonnaise
1 c. cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey (or chicken), celery, walnuts, salt, onion, lemon juice and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Turn mixture into a greased, shallow 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Arrange cranberry sauce around edge of turkey mixture.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
