1 small package (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 T chopped pimento
1 T chopped green pepper
1 T chopped onion
¼ t. black pepper
¼ lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 small (or 1 large) can tuna packed in water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Combine soup, milk, pimento, green pepper, onion and pepper in small saucepan.
Place over low heat, add cubed Velveeta and stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
Mix cooked macaroni and tuna in a 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Blend in the cheese sauce and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.
