3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup water

large bowl
measuring cups
mixer
rolling pin
cookie sheet
bone-shaped cookie cutter or any shape cookie cutter
cooking spray
extra flour

1. Preheat the oven at 350º
2. In a large bowl, place flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda
Mix on low speed until all ingredients are combined
3. Add the honey and water and mix until combined
4. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll to 1/2 inch thickness
5. Using a bone-shaped cookie cutter, cut the dough. Place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned

This was our first ELCO Craft Show project, Brittney and I. We sold a lot of bones with red ribbons. We also tried other flavors too, one was mint, instead of the peanut butter, with a little green coloring. Our attempt at "Greenies".
