1 lb loaf of Frozen bread dough
 1 lb of Bob Evans Sausage
 1 Onion
 1 Egg
 Parmesan cheese
 Parsley
   Rolling Pin
   Bakers Sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw 1 loaf of frozen bread in refrigerator (don't let it rise)

Brown 1 lb Bob Evans Sausage ;Let it cool

Soften 1 small Onion (chopped) in sausage grease

Mix sausage, onion,1 Egg, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, & 1 tbl parsley together in a small bowl.

Roll dough into a 15x5 rectangle. DO NOT Flour the board. Dough must be sticky when you roll it up.

Spread Mixture over the Dough and bring one side over, then bring the other  side over. Seal the ends and seam by pinching together.

Form into a ring or a S 

Bake at 350Degrees for 20-25 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. 

Cool slightly, cut and serve immediately
