Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 Cups crispy rice cereal squares
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter, or any nut butter
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add the peanut butter and mix til smooth
2. Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated
3. Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated
4. Store in airtight container when cool

I do not use the plastic bag method
(For double batch, I pour the cereal in a sprayed roast pan,
add the chocolate to coat, and then the powdered sugar, I usually add more sugar to make sure all is coated.
Let cool and store in a large airtight container)
