1 1/4 c sugar
1 stick of butter, softened
2 large eggs
3 mashed over ripe bananas
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Prefect oven to 350.
Mix sugar and butter. Stir in eggs until well blended. Stir in bananas, milk, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and then stir in just until moistened.

Grease bottom of loaf pan. Bake for about 1hr 10mins.
