7-10 potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3-4 green onions sliced
1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
⅓ cup crushed Corn Flakes
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skin on. Peel and grate when soft. Mix soup with sour cream and cheese. Put potatoes in 11 x 7 or 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour cheese mixture over the potatoes. Top with onions. Melt butter and add crushed Corn Flakes. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º until bubbly and browned.
