1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
2 T. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. flake coconut
3/4 c. red & green candied cherries, finely cut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, blend in milk and vanilla.
Stir in flour, nuts and cherries.
Form into 2 rolls, 2 in. diameter.
Roll in coconut and wrap in waxed paper, twisting ends of paper to seal.
Chill a few hours or overnight.
Slice 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 375 deg. on ungreased pan for 10-12 min. until edges are light brown
