1 C. butter (NOT margarine)
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, add sugar gradually.
2. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and cream well.
3. Add flour and baking powder (sifted together).
4. Chill 15 minutes. Roll out and cut into desired shapes.
5. Bake in preheated 350º oven for approximately 12-15 minutes. (light brown)


*Not very sweet - great with coffee.
