3 eggs
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 can apple pie filler
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs well. Add the sugar, oil and vanilla and beat. Then add flour, baking powder and salt and beat again. Place in a buttered 9x13 pan.

Chop the pie filler in a bowl and add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cake mixture or spread on top. Bake at 350º F for 40 minutes.
