Powdered sugar
2 C. flour
2 C. finely chopped pecans
1/4 C. sugar
1 C. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325º.
2. Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar.
3. Beat at low speed until well mixed.
4. Shape dough into 1" balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 18-25 minutes.
6. Cool 5 minutes and roll in powdered sugar while still warm and again when cool.
