1 C. butter
3/4 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 egg, plus 1 yolk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 3/4 C. flour

Cinnamon Sugar: 1/4 C. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º.
2. Beat butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add in egg, yolk and vanilla and beat.
3. Mix in baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and cinnamon. Add in flour.
4. Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls and roll each ball into cinnamon sugar mixture.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
