8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 9 oz bottle Major Grey’s Chutney, divided
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup shredded coconut
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 jar chutney with cream cheese, spices and pecans.
Form into 2 small, or one large ball by placing in a small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Twist wrap to form into ball. Chill until firm.

To serve, place the cheese ball on a bed of coconut. Drizzle with reserved chutney. Serve with bland crackers.
