1 C. butter
1 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C. flour
3/4 C. red and green candied cherries
1/2 C. pecans, chopped
3/4 C. coconut
Directions:
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and milk.
3. Add flour, chopped cherries and pecans.
4. Form into 2 rolls each 2" in diameter and 8" long.
5. Roll in coconut. Wrap in Saran Wrap.
6. Refrigerate several hours. Slice 1/4" thick.
7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
