1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup crushed soda crackers
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cups milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, crumbs, onions, pepper, celery salt, and paprika. Add eggs, milk, and cheese.

Mix lightly (just until blended). Put into a loaf pan

Glaze with ketchup and brown sugar

Bake 1 hour at 350º
