Blueberry Bread Pudding Recipe

3 eggs
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 cups white sugar
1 TBS. vanilla
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 - 12 oz. pkg white baking chips
1 pound of French bread cut into 1-inch cubes

Sauce:
6 oz. white baking chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir in washed blueberries and baking chips. Stir in bread cubes. Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes or until bread is softened.

Put into a greased 9x13 in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for at least 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

For sauce place baking chips in a small bowl, bring cream to just a boil. Pour over chips and whisk until smooth. Pour over bread pudding when taken out of the oven.
