1 package yeast
1 Cup cottage cheese...small curd
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp instant onion
1 Tbsp margarine
2 Tbsp Dill seed
¼ tsp soda
salt
1 Egg beaten
2 ¼ to 2 ½ Cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ¼ Cup warm water. Combine the following: Cottage cheese that has been warmed, Sugar, Instant onion, Margarine, Dill Seed, salt, soda, egg beaten, then add yeast mixture.
Add the flour and beat well. Put into greased, round glass baking dish or bread pan. Let rise 1 hour. Brush top lightly with mellted butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350º 40 to 50 minutes.
