Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 package dry yeast
1 cup very warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups flour

Sauce:
Buy a jar of pizza sauce, or......

Blend in food processor.....
1 can tomato paste
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon @ oregano, basil, garlic powder
This is enough sauce for 2 large pizzas.

2 cups grated mozzarella, sliced provolone, or Italian cheese blend
Toppings of your choice, like chopped peppers, onions, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, black olives, pepperoni. I don’t pre sauté the veggies but some people do.

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in salt, sugar and oil. Add flour, one cup at a time and mix thoroughly. You should have a soft smooth dough. You can add a bit of water, or flour to get the right consistency. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for an hour.

Knead for a minute, adding enough flour so it’s not sticky. Place on a sheet pan greased with olive oil and push into shape, with enough flour on your hands to keep it from sticking, to desired thickness.

Assemble:
Spread with sauce, toppings and cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in preheated 450º oven, on low rack, for about 15 minutes. Rest a few minutes before slicing.

Personal Notes:
I know it’s easier to order out, but this is not difficult, Pizza Hut doesn’t stir love in it, and it sure doesn’t cost $20. to make it.
