2 packages frozen spinach
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1 Cup cheddar cheese, cubed
4 Eggs hard boiled, sliced
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. horseradish

Directions:

Thaw and drain spinach well (squeeze out moisture) Add the following: Onion, Celery, Cheese, Eggs, Bacon. Mix together: Mayo, tabasco, salt, vinegar, and horseradish. Mix with spinach. Refrigerate.
