WILD RICE SOUP

6 oz wild rice
1 c diced carrot
1 c celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 c flour
2 T butter
pepper
2 white breasts chicken, cubed
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups crean
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables and set aside. Butter and flour, make a roux. Whisk cream into roux. Gradually add rice chicken, and vegetables. Cook until rice is tender.
