1/2 cup vegetable oil
1.2 c. flour
4 celery stocks
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. okra
2 T. butter.
2 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

1 qt. chicken broth
1 quart water
1/4 c. Worcestershire
18 dashes Tobasco
1/4 c. ketchup
1 medium tomato
1/2 t. salt
1/2 pound Andouille sausage, sliced
1 bay leaf
1/8 t. thyme
1/8 t. rosemary
1/4 t. crusHed red pepper flakes
1 pound crabmeat
1 cup cooked, diced chicken
2 pounds shrimp cleaned
1 t. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
In Stockpot, put oil and flour and cook over low heat, until roux is color of copper penny. This could take 1 hour. Stir in vegetables, cook for 45 minutes. Add rest of ingredients: Simmer covered for 2-3 hour.
