2 T. olive oil, 1 onion, celery
2 cans chicken broth
1 can water
1 or 2 Portuguese Sausage
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
3 smoked ham hocks
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
cook ham hocks in water until meat falls off the bone. take off meat and add meat and water to crock pot.

Saute vegetables and add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients. cook 4-6 hours.
