Preheat oven to 400º
Grease a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish (an 8x8 will work).

6 oz medium noodles or pasta

2-5 oz cans or 1-12 oz can tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 small jar chopped pimento, drained
1 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded yellow cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain noodles. Mix noodles with tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt. Place in a greased casserole dish.

In a saucepan, heat soup and milk. Add cheese and heat until smooth and cheese is melted.

Pour over noodle mixture and top with almonds.

Bake 20 minutes at 425º

Don’t turn up your nose. I promise it’s delicious! Tuna casserole is one of the things Bill said he’d never eat, so of course I took this as a challenge. He likes it!
The veggies and almonds give it a nice crunchy texture.
