6 medium potatoes peeled and chopped
10oz head of cauliflower, about 1/2 head (sometimes I use 2/3 head)
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 carrot peeled and chopped
5 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
1 TBSP parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 oz can FF evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for evaporated milk in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-9 hours, or until potatoes are soft. Stir in evaporated milk, cook 1 additional hour. Serve
