1/2 C. extra crunchy peanut butter
1/4 C. shortening
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream peanut butter and shortening; add sugar gradually.
2. Add beaten egg, flour and soda, mixing well.
3. Drop by teaspoon on parchment paper sheet.
4. Crisscross with a ford on each.
5. Bake at 350º for 9-10 minutes. Cool and Enjoy!
