CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES

1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
1 CUP MILK
GARLIC
2 T FLOUR
SALT PEPPER
COOKING SPRAY
1 1/2 CUPS CHEESE

1 Thinly slice the potatoes.
2 Cut ham into small squares.
3 Chop the cilantro.
4 In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, garlic, flour, salt and black pepper.
5 Spray the Instant Pot with a cooking spray.
6 Layer half of potatoes and ham. Pour half of the milk mixture.
7 Sprinkle half of the cheeses, and then layer remaining potatoes and ham.
8 Cover and cook on low pressure for 20 minutes.
9 Release pressure, and carefully open the lid. Sprinkle remaining cheese, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. And serve.
