16-18 Oreos
4 oz. cream cheese
1 bag Andes Baking Chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a food processor pulse 18 Oreos until they are a fine crumb consistency.
2. Pour into a bowl and add cream cheese. Mix until wet. Roll into even sized balls.
3. In the microwave melt 1/2 C. of Andes chips for 30 seconds.
4. Remove, stir for 15 seconds more. Coat the truffles in the chocolaate, shake off excess; let harden and refrigerate.
