1 pork tenderloin
3 T brown sugar
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t cayenne pepper
4-6 slices bacon
1/4 cup major grey’s chutney
2 T dijon mustard.

Directions:
Directions:
remove silverskin from pork. Combine sugar and sides and rub all over roast. Sear.
Precook bacon in microwave until mostly done but still pliable. Wrap bacon around roast and add chutney and mustard. Put in oven at 350 and roast for 10-14 minutes. then loosely tent with foil and roast another 10 -15 minutes.
