1 cup white corn syrup
½ cup water
2 cups sugar
2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
2 tablespoons vanilla
½ tablespoon butter
1½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook syrup, water and sugar to soft ball. Add peanuts to mixture and continue to stir until syrup turns light golden color (about 270º). Take off heat and add butter, salt, vanilla and baking soda. Stir. Pour mixture onto greased cookie sheet. Cool.
