4 cups Rice Chex crushed to 1 cup
¼ cup brown sugar (packed)
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
⅓ cup margarine
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese softened
2 cups milk
2 cups sour cream
2 packages (3-¾ oz) vanilla instant pudding
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Preheat oven to 300º. Grease a 9 inch spring form pan. Combine Rice Chex, sugar and nutmeg. Add margarine. Mix thoroughly. Remove ¼ cup mixture for topping. Press remainder into bottom of pan. Bake both the topping crumbs and shell for 10 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese until creamy at medium speed. Gradually add milk. Add remaining ingredients. Continue beating until smooth. Pour into pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill 3-4 hours.

Note: For small cake, press crumbs into 9 inch pie pan. Prepare half of the filling.
