Bottom layer: ¾ cup butter 2 eggs,beaten
⅓ cup sugar 2¼ cup graham crumbs
½ cup cocoa 1 cup coconut
½ cup chopped walnuts

Middle layer: 4½ cup icing sugar 1½ cup butter,softened
1 cup custard powder 1 TBSP vanilla
4-6 TBSP.whipping cream

Chocolate topping: 2 cups chocolate chips
¼ cup butter

Bottom Layer: Melt together the butter, sugar and cocoa over low heat. Add the eggs,continue to cook, stirring constantly to fully cook the egg to a soft scrambled consistency. Add the graham crumbs, coconut and walnuts. Mix together until well combined, then press into a parchment paper lined 9x13 pan.

Middle Layer: With electric mixer beat together the butter, custard powder and icing sugar until it starts to come together. Add vanilla and whipping cream and beat until smooth.This should be stiff but spreadable. Add a few drops of whipping cream until spreadable consistency. Put in fridge for a couple of hours.

Top Layer: Melt chocolate and butter and spread over middle layer. Return to fridge until chocolate sets. Cut into squares or bars. Freezes well.

These are great for cookie exchange, dainty trays or just to have some nom noms.
