1/2 pound hamburger
1 cabbage
onion
garlic
green pepper
celery
1 can tomatoes
1 crushed bay leaf salt
1/2 c red wine
1 cup sour cream.


Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef, then add vegetables and saute and add rice.
boil cabbage leaves in water until limp, drain

In a large dutch oven, add can of tomatoes, spices and wine. Let boil for a few minutes.
Roll up hamburger mixture into cabbage leaves and place into hot tomato mixture.
Bake at 350 for one hour. Before serving, add sour cream to tomato mixture.
