1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 lb. hamburger
1 large can corn
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/2 cup rice
1 tsp chili powder

If using 1 cup rice use 1 large can tomato sauce or 2 small cans with equal water.

Directions:
In large cast iron skillet brown hamburger. Add onion and garlic, saute. Drain. Add corn (with liquid) and remaining ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
